We apologize the IWF website will be temporarily unavailable as we transition from the Inner Wisdom Foundation to BODA, Inc. (Bridging Overseas Development Alliances) over the next few months. During our reorganization and redevelopment please feel free to check back monthly for status updates.

Projected transition time line:
June 2010: BODA Board of Directors elected
July 2010: BODA bylaws, mission, vision, objectives and five year goals established
August 2010 – October 2010: develop new website, branding, and marketing collateral
November 2010 – December 2010: start coding new website
January 2011: Official launch of new website, name and mission.

BODA’s new Mission:

• BODA helps established international grassroots organizations be successful in their missions through financial, technical, managerial, marketing and networking support.
• BODA through its partnerships helps create lasting solutions for community development initiatives.
• BODA through its partnership helps establish opportunities to for young girls and women to reach their full potential.

BODA’s Vision:

• To empower all people, regardless of age, sex, creed, ancestry, to reach their full potential in life without fear of conflict, disease, and poverty.

BODA’s Main Objective:

• Work directly with not-for-profit non-government organizations (NGO) in developing countries whose mission, goals, and objectives influence sustainable economic or social change and create positive community impacts. Their missions and goals should provide needed services (e.g. education, economic, infrastructure, health or financial) and guidance for children, women, disadvantaged individuals, and communities directly affected by conflict, disease, and poverty.
